Understanding the POPIA Act: Key Rights and Compliance Essentials

The table below gives you one-click access to Forms 1 – 5 issued by the Information Regulator. Under the updated POPIA Regulations (GN 6126, 17 April 2025) every organisation must make these forms “reasonably accessible” so that any person can:

  • object to how we process their personal information,
  • request access, correction or deletion of their data, or
  • lodge a POPIA complaint.

Download the form you need, complete it, and send it to our Information Officer (details below). We’ll acknowledge receipt within two working days and respond within 30 calendar days as required by the Act.
